Predefined Lifestyle Factors
JanusMed includes commonly tracked metrics out of the box: water intake (glasses or milliliters), caffeine consumption (cups or milligrams), exercise duration and type, sleep hours and quality, mood and energy levels on a 1-10 scale, alcohol consumption, and stress levels. Each factor has an appropriate input type — numeric counters for water, sliders for mood, yes/no for habits like meditation.
